Founder and Managing Partner
Dr. Vishy Chebrol is a seasoned healthcare investor and operator with deep experience in injectables and pharmaceutical platforms. He currently serves as CEO of Sagent Pharmaceuticals, where he is leading the company’s transformation following its acquisition in 2023. His experience spans control investing, platform building, and operational transformation across global regulated markets combining the credibility of an operator with the rigour of an investor.
Co-Founder
Dr. Ravi Penmetsa is a member of the International Leadership Forum (ILF) and the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE). He is the founder of Gland Pharma, one of India’s leading sterile injectables companies. Having successfully built, scaled, and exited the business, he now brings his extensive industry expertise, strategic vision, and strong global network to Parami Partners as a key investor and sponsor, supporting long-term growth and value creation.
Vice President
Dr. MRK Raju brings over two decades of experience in vaccines and biologics, spanning development, manufacturing, and regulatory processes. He has played a key role in scaling vaccine platforms and navigating global regulatory frameworks including WHO prequalification, technology transfers, and multi-market filing programmes. Dr. Raju leads Parami’s vaccine platform development.
Vice President
Sashi brings extensive experience in enterprise technology, business transformation and operational leadership. His expertise spans enterprise architecture, technology resilience and large-scale modernization. Across healthcare investments, he contributes from due diligence and integration through strategy, governance and operations—bringing together technology, people and shared services to translate complex priorities into disciplined execution.
Vice President
After nearly three decades as a helicopter pilot with the Indian Air Force, Anoop founded TransCath to demonstrate that Indian medical-device manufacturing can meet global standards while competing on cost and scale. His vision is to build TransCath into a global catheter-manufacturing platform, driven by persistence, continuous learning and a culture of excellence, innovation and collaboration.
Vice President
Ravindra Varma brings extensive experience in pharmaceutical engineering, manufacturing and project execution. His expertise spans GMP-compliant facility design, greenfield and brownfield projects, equipment, automation and validation. He has led complex pharmaceutical projects from concept through execution, with a strong focus on facility development, capacity expansion and operational transformation.
Analyst
Shreya brings close to four years of experience across cross-border distressed buyouts, post-acquisition restructuring, and bolt-on M&A at Parami’s pharmaceutical and vaccines platforms. She contributes to board-level strategy materials, commercial and financial diligence, and cross-border partnership negotiations, and is preparing to pursue an MBA at London Business School.
Office Administrator
Prasanna is Parami’s earliest employee and has been central to the firm’s day-to-day operations since its founding, overseeing administration, finance, accounting and HR activities. Her work keeps the firm’s operating backbone running smoothly, allowing the investment and operating teams to focus on the platforms they’re building.
